I started to wonder why I have wasted my holidays on NCAP ? For your info NCAP stands for National Coaching Accreditation Programme.
Now I'll tell you a story.
One morning, an innocent kid was doing his lifeguard duty during his holidays period and he saw his senior giving 1 on 1 lifesaving session with a girl. A tanned and above average looking girl with a hot body. This senior was having close physical contact with this girl to demostrate some of the contact rescue. The best thing is you get paid by the girl after taking all the advantage from her.
From that day onwards, I have set this senior as my role model.
NCAP is my first step to become the next "Senior" provided if I pass the test which is soon... !!

Well, today woke up early and hit the gym at gombak.
On my way to the mrt station, I saw a monk.
Have you seen a monk listening to mp3 and smoking while walking ?
I just saw that. LOL
Okay, today's focus is not on the monk, it's me hitting the gym.
Yeah, but the effort is all gone when i had subway for my lunch.
A foot long meatball marina, 2 double chocolate cookies and a regular cup of ice lemon tea

14 March.
I took part in the NTU Mass Swim event together with my bro and 1 of his friends.
The event started at 4pm but we reach there about 4+. When we reach, we only saw 2 guys swimming. Haha..We jokingly say we will be damn safe swimming la over 10 lifeguards watching 5 people swimming including us.
The prize there was very.. erhem.... The most expensive prize is the scientific coffee which cost us 40 laps to exchange for it. What's so scientific about it ?? We don't know until we went to exchange for it and the coffee is blend with Ling Zhi. WOW.. The registration fees cost $4 each so don't think we are satisfied with just the coffee.. We went to swim more laps and collect other prizes too and this time more people are swimming. More than half of the participants are girls. After that we went to the food court to reward ourselves with western food :D

The examiner of my CPR test said he salutes lifeguards.
Why?
This is because they 在水能游出水能Pump.
Which means they can rescue the victim out from the water and in land they can do cpr to prolong the victim's life until the ambulance arrives.
Lifeguards holds a critical role.
And YEAH !! I have passed by CPR test again =D
